Sheraton Sioux Falls Hotel & Convention Center

Stayed here in October 2025 for a softball tournament and was pleasantly surprised! We really liked the overall layout of the hotel, especially with the restaurant/bar right in the center and it gave the lobby a nice, welcoming energy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A fun touch was the 1919 root beer on tap and random snacks available — the kids absolutely loved that! The pool isn’t anything special, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel for the pool alone. One thing to note: there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking or driving distance, so plan ahead for meals. Overall, we had a great experience and already booked another stay for a concert in April.

The breakfast service was well above expectation! Joey is the reason for this review. He continuously made sure I was taken care of and made sure I had everything I needed! Also, he is just a great person and is easy to have a conversation with! A pure light! Thank you Joey and God bless!

Last minute trip to SD and we ended up staying here due to location. We checked in late around 11pm. The staff member was super nice and even asked if we wanted to have extended check out due to our late arrival. Told us about the breakfast and what time check out actually was ( which never happens anymore). The hotel was beautiful and really clean! Would highly recommend.

Room was roomy with a super comfortable bed. A few minors things in the room. But I did not book a brand new hotel. Staff were amazing. Room service was fast, friendly and the food quality great! Will definitely return!

Such a great experience from the front desk to the rest of the staff in the hotel. Every one is so kind and friendly. The room was worth every penny and was very clean. The M lounge is also a great spot to just relax after a long day and was nice to have a variety of snacks and drinks. Thank you again for the wonderful stay

I stayed here on 2 separate stays the week of Oct 2 and both stays were great. The front desk staff Tayshaun and then Brant made me feel welcome and provided great service. Both are a big plus for this property. Housekeeping was also very friendly and understanding after I spilled some coffee grounds on the carpet. Nice hotel, great staff.

It was nice. We were club level atrium. We had a hard time falling asleep due to all the chit chat at the bar but otherwise it was great the gentleman I got to speak with in the club lounge were just great!! I wish I had gotten their names I remember seeing the name tag of one it was a unique but cool name and the dinner guy from last night were just really great conversationalists!!! We’d spoke about idioms last night and horses this morning. Today, this morning Heidi was just a hard worker and kept the lounge in tip top shape!! Kudos to those employees!!! They are all top notch. I liked the lounge better than the room!! Walls had a lot of white smudges on them and the bath tub was subpar television is tiny and the comforter is definitely needing replacement. The pull out couch was absolutely terrible!!! Stained and all spring no passing the pillows need a revamp. So honestly had it not been for the club lounge (great food and snacks and excellent coffee) and the employees that tended it this stay would have been given 2 stars but they made it all a great place to be!!

Great breakfast served by Joey, one of best servers I’ve ever had. He was courteous, cheerful and extremely attentive. He made me feel welcome the moment I entered the restaurant.
